Purchase and Payment: By placing an order for digital products, you agree to pay the price set forth at the time of your order. All prices are in USD and are subject to change without notice. Payment is required before delivery of any digital product, physical product and/or service.

a) Digital Products

Delivery: Upon successful payment, digital products will be delivered electronically to the email address you provided at the time of purchase or available for download from your account. We are not responsible for any delays or failures in delivery due to incorrect or incomplete information provided by you.

Refund Policy: Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final and non-refundable. If you experience any issues with your digital product, please contact our support team at [email protected] for assistance.

b) Physical Products

Delivery: We will ship physical products to the address you provide at the time of purchase. Shipping and delivery dates are estimates and cannot be guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or any other events outside our control.

Refund Policy: We accept returns of physical products within 14 days of the delivery date, provided the product is unused and in its original packaging. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 14 days of receiving the returned product.
